History
The Młodziejowski Palace was built in the second half of the 17th century. At the beginning it belonged to Stanisław Morsztyn, the Mazovian Voivode, who in years 1766-1771 carried out its thorough reconstruction. During the Kosciuszko Insurrection the edifice was destroyed. At the beginning of the 19th century it was rebuilt in classical style by count Feliks Potocki. Frederic Chopin gave his first concerts here. During the Second World War the Palace was completely destroyed. In 1957 it was rebuilt in form it had taken in the 18th century in times of bishop Andrzej Młodziejowski and became headquarters of the Polish Scientific Publishers (PWN). The Palace was purchased by the company Mermaid Properties with intention to create there a unique class A office surface, which would be a combination of a modern construction and technological solutions and historical spirit of the Palace.

Revitalization of the building
The Młodziejowski Palace as an object of historical value was revitalized in reference to form that the building had taken in the 18th century, whereas as an office edifice, it acquired every improvements available for modern class A office surface. New wooden windows and finishing of a communal area, referring to rich history of the building – marble stairs, stylish wrought balustrade with monograms, mouldings on walls and ceilings emphasise unique climate of this place, while solutions of an innovative technological thought ensure optimum work conditions for office lessees.
The building has four aboveground storeys and one underground storey, perfect for archives and storage surface. There is altogether 7 340 m2 for arrangement, including 1 100 m2 of storage space. All offices will have a perfect daylight lighting thanks to impressive height of rooms (from 2.80 to 4.5 m). The building is equipped with new air conditioning and ventilation systems, network LAN cat. 5E as well as two independent sources of power supply. A very elegant lobby referring to historical nature of the building deserves particular attention as well as renovated interiors and offer of turnkey finishing offices on individual request of a lessee.
