A new tenant in Młodziejowski Palace

Mermaid Properties Sp. z o.o., managing the project "Mlodziejowski Palace - Miodowa 10", signed a new lease agreement. The new tenant will be A. T. Kearney.

The new tenant will occupy two floors in Mlodziejowski Palace at Miodowa 10 in the Old Town. The lease agreement was concluded for a period of 5 years. Colliers International was the broker in the transaction.

Space will be occupied by ATKearney - a leading global company offering consulting services in management and has 2,500 employees worldwide.

ATKearney has 54 offices in all major business centers in 37 countries. We are very glad that the company has chosen Mlodziejowski Palace for their Polish headquarters - comments Radasław Sieroń, president of Mermaid Properties.

At present finishing works in parts  B1 and B2 allotted for future lessees are in progress – altogether about 2 500 m².

Twentieth anniversary of ODHIR existence in Poland

On 17th May 2011 a reception on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODHIR) presence in Poland was held together with celebrating opening of its new premises in Mlodziejowski Palace. The event was supported by Mermaid Properties.

The ceremony was attended by Minister for Foreign Affairs Radoslaw Sikorski, who in his speech emphasised the importance of ODIHR's presence in Warsaw for Polish foreign policy. During the ceremony, on behalf of President Bronislaw Komorowski spoke Advisor to the President, Jan Litynski. The ceremony was also attended by OBWE General Secretary, Marc Perrin de Brichambaut and Vice-minister for Foreign Affairs of Lithuania, the country helding the presidency of OBWE in year 2011, Evaldas Ignatavicius.

Official hand over of office space

On 18 March 2011 took place an official hand over of office space (4 548 m²) to the first lessee, that is to Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights OSCE (ODIHR).

Major part of the Palace completed

On 15 March 2011 works in the part of the Palace, which is designated for the first lessee, were finished.
